ºù«Ӱҵ

ºù«Ӱҵ is accepting completed applications for the spring 2014 semester in nursing and dental assisting programs. The application deadline for nursing programs is Sept. 30; the deadline for the dental assistant technology program is Oct. 15.

All programs require a minimum ACT score.  Final selection is competitive depending on the applicant pool.

ºù«Ӱҵ is offering three ACT preparation seminars for those who have applied to the ºù«Ӱҵ program but do not yet meet the minimum ACT requirements. ºù«Ӱҵ is also offering the ACT residual test that can be used for entrance to ºù«Ӱҵ programs only.

Test preparation focuses on reading and math skills. Classes are free, and registration is not required. All seminars are in Classroom LL3/4 at Jackson Campus-Nursing/Allied Health Center on Chadwick Drive near Metrocenter mall.

Those seminar dates include:

  • Wednesday, Sept.18, 1 p.m. to 4      p.m
  • Thursday, Sept. 19, 5:30 p.m.-8:30      p.m.
  • Monday, Sept. 23, 5:30 p.m.-8:30      p.m.

The ACT residual test will be given at both Jackson Campus-Nursing/Allied Health Center and the Raymond Campus.

  • Friday, Sept.27, 12:00, Classroom      9/10
